Lee Jae-hoon, who had lived his entire life with a dirt spoon, opened his eyes again, which he had briefly closed in the library due to overwork, and he became the eldest son of the greatest conglomerate family in ancient Rome.A new life started once again. This time, he decided he was going to live a good life not having to worry about money. But fate had something else in mind. Collapse
Adventurers, Ancient Times, Character Growth, Clever Protagonist, Cunning Protagonist, Empires, European Ambience, Gladiators, Kingdom Building, Kingdoms, Late Romance, Male Protagonist, Manipulative Characters, Nobles, Pragmatic Protagonist, Proactive Protagonist, Romantic Subplot, S*aves, Survival, Transmigration
Idk about quality, this might be an amazing work, but I can never take any of these novels seriously. Can’t think of the setting as actually being Rome when characters act like Chinese characters
Well... this is korean
I mean, does it matter? Chinese, Japanese, Korean all have wildly different ways of depicting characters but all of them are weird in the context of a Roman
So why did you generalize?
I’ve read mostly Chinese novels, when I think of Webnovels I think of Chinese translated.
well.. this is a very common mistake, but it's funny haha
A Korean romance set in Rome with characters acting Chinese
Hahahaha
Pretty interesting 🤔
Now it only needs the state religion to be Aztec, the primary antagonist to be invading fleets of colonizing Native Americans and other than the main character, the top protagonists are to be Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson who somehow ended up there in the middle of investigating a case about the disappearance of a prominent local inventor after fiddling with a machine in his laboratory. And for comic relief there is a strange man covered in some kind of armor constantly asking people if they believe in the light. This will be the complete international hit.Writers challenge issued.
