Mated To The Alpha Quadruplets

Chapter 54

Ch. 54 / 76 Mar 09, 2026

Alpha Morgan’s POV

I glared at my Luna, my mind reeling with emotions. How could she do this to me? To our family? To our pack? The thought of Theron, my arch-nemesis, being the true father of my boy, Grayson, was unbearable. I had been there for him since the day that he was born. I thought my family was complete, and I was a father again.

"Why?" I demanded, my voice low and menacing. "Why did you keep this from me? Why did you betray me like this?"

My Luna's tears fell silently as she spoke, her voice barely above a whisper. "I didn't mean to hurt you, Morgan. I was young and stupid. I didn't know what I was getting myself into."

I felt like I'd been punched in the gut again. "You didn't know what you were getting yourself into?" I repeated, my voice incredulous. "You knew exactly what you were doing. You chose to betray me, to deceive me, to destroy our family. You made an oath to be my chosen Luna. We agreed to keep that between us. Did you forget about that?” I growled.

The King's laughter echoed through the cell again, and I felt my anger boil over. "You're enjoying this, aren't you?" I snarled at him. "You're enjoying watching me suffer."

The King's smile grew wider. "Oh, yes, Morgan. This is just the beginning. You see, I have a plan for your pack, for your sons. And it doesn't involve you."

My heart sank as I realised the extent of his betrayal. He had been planning this all along, using my Luna's betrayal to his advantage.

"I'll never let that happen," I growled.

The King chuckled. "Oh, but you will. You see, Morgan, you're not the alpha anymore. You're nothing but a prisoner in your cell. You can't even reach your own useless Wolf now, can you?” he chuckled with amusement.

I felt a wave of hope course through my veins. I would escape; I would fight back. I would reclaim my pack and my family. I would do it. Somehow. I would.

But for now, I was trapped in this disgusting cell, surrounded by the remnants of my very own shattered world.

"Get out," I spat at the King. "Get out of my sight."

The King laughed again, his eyes gleaming with malice. "Oh, no, Morgan. I'm just getting started."

I wanted to be alone. I couldn't bear to look at my So called Luna. She had hurt me beyond belief, and her snivelling and fake tears made me feel sick to the pit of my stomach. She had looked me in the eyes day and night and told me she loved me, yet there she had been sleeping with Theron of all those in the world; it had to be him. I could imagine the look on his face, the smirk and the feeling he would have of getting one over on me. I hated him. I hated him with such a passion I wanted to kill him. To close my eyes and never have to live this nightmare again.

“Your Majesty, please allow me to rectify my mistakes; I realise I was wrong.” I suddenly turned to the King and pleaded, ignoring my Luna. I knew that this would probably be my only way out of here. To gain his trust and beg for mercy on my soul.

The king seemed quite taken aback by my sudden change in attitude. He glared at me suspiciously. “And you think I'm going to trust your sudden change of heart? You tried to belittle my princess for all these years; you refused her to be with her fated mates and had someone else lined up for your quadruplets—someone they could not possibly want. You see, Morgan. You're a very selfish Alpha who only thinks of what will benefit you and your pathetic needs. For all these years, I thought I would never see my beloved child again, and then when I saw her with Theron, I knew. I knew it was her. Now, I will do whatever I must to get my revenge on those who hurt her. My Princess deserves the world and more.”

I glared at the King, my mind racing with anger and betrayal. How could he believe such a thing about me? I had always put my pack and family first, and now he told me I was selfish. That I only cared about what benefited me?

I felt a surge of resentment at his words. Who was he to judge me? He, who had been manipulating my mate and destroying my family?

"I am not selfish," I growled, my voice low and menacing. "I am a leader, a protector. I have always put my pack first."

The King sneered at me. "Oh? Then why did you try to keep my princess from her fated mates? Why did you try to control her and dictate what she could and couldn't do?"

I felt a flash of anger at the mention of Theron's name. "That was just a mistake," I snarled. "I didn't know what I was doing. My ego blinded me."

The King's eyes narrowed. "And now you're suddenly changing your tune, begging for mercy? You're trying to buy your way out of this cell?" he turned to his guard and demanded they take my Luna away and put her in a cell down the corridor. Her snivelling was getting out of hand, and I had no desire to comfort her. I did not care if I never saw her again. The betraying bitch that she is.

"I'll do whatever it takes," I growled. "I'll do whatever you want."

The King's eyes gleamed with satisfaction. "Ah, Morgan. You're finally starting to see things my way."

He turned to leave, but I stopped him with a question.

"Wait. What do you want from me?" I demanded.

The King turned back to me, his eyes cold and calculating.

“What do I want from you?” he scoffed. “Well, you will soon find out.”
