While Mia and the twins were getting cleaned up, Colton went out to give his parents the good news. He had called his Mom before he took Mia to the hospital around 8 pm and despite the fact that it was way past midnight, they were still here.
His brother Caleb, and Ashley were also here. They all rose to their feet when Colton approached them.
"How's Mia and my Grandbabies?" Vicky asked, the worry was evident in her voice and face.
Colton smiled. "Mia is fine. Your granddaughters are fine too."
Vicky started tearing up. "Granddaughters?"
Colton nodded.
"Oh my God, Congratulations Son!" She pulled Colton into a warm hug. Colt smiled, returning his mother's hug. They both stayed like that for a while.
"My baby is now a father to two little humans. I'm so happy for you, dear. I have no doubt you are going to be a good father."
"Thanks, Mom. Thank you!" Colt smiled.
"Congratulations, Son. I can now boast to all of my friends that I'm now a Grandfather!" Derik said, earning a chuckle from everyone.
"I'm so going to spoil my nieces with all the finest and coolest stuff. Congrats papa bear!" Ashley hugged her brother, placing a kiss on his left cheek.
"I'm sure going to have my hands full keeping all the boys away from them. They are definitely not dating until they are 20." Caleb said, hugging his elder brother.
Everyone laughed.
Colton turned his attention to his mother and took her hands with his. "If I've never told you enough, I want you to know that I love you so much, Mom. And sorry for the times I made you angry. What I saw in the labor room was a life-changing encounter. It got to a point that I was crying along with Mia because I could literally feel her pain from her tears. I've never been so terrified in my life. You all mothers are amazing. Thank you for all that you've done for me and my siblings."
Victoria smiled. She moved closer to her son and kissed his forehead.
"God knows I will go through such pain again just to have you and your siblings with me."
"Mia is a very strong woman. And I'm glad you both have each other. Please, always cherish her with all your heart."
"I will, Mom. Thank you."
"We were both scared for a while. Chloe didn't cry the moment she came out. We thought something was wrong." Colt said.
"Oh really?" Vicky chuckled.
"Same with you when you were born," Derik said.
"For real?" Colton said with a small smile.
"Yes, love. Your daughter's just like Daddy." Vicky smiled.
"So, who guessed my Grandchildren's gender correctly?" Derik asked, bringing out the cheque from his pocket.
"Hailey!" Caleb answered, immediately.
Vicky sighed. "I've always wanted my baby to quit being a playboy and now, it turns out the girl he likes is with someone else." Vicky has met Hailey on a few occasions and has taken a liken to her.
"I'm not one to give up easily, Mom," Caleb mumbled.
"Causing a rift in her present relationship wouldn't make her like you more, you know?!" Victoria advised.
"I know, Mom. The last thing I want is to do anything that will make Hailey dislike me. All I know is, I'm not backing out, as long as she's not married to him."
Colton talked more with his family for a while, after which they took their leave, promising to visit later in the day.

A few hours later....
7:19 am.
Mia opened her eyes to Colton staring at her. She also noticed she was now in an exclusive suite.
She smiled. "Did you sleep at all?"
He shook his head. "Too excited for that. Slept well?"
She nodded. "I feel sore down there but aside from that, everything is fine."
"You're so brave Mia. I'm proud of you." He kissed her lips.
Mia chuckled when she saw the beautiful decorations in the room. "How come?" She said, her eyes wandering around the room.
"My Girls deserve the best so," He shrugged with a proud smile on his face. "Our friends and family are coming with more gifts so prepare yourself."
"My daughters are so loved. I feel so blessed."
Colton nodded. "They will be here soon. I can't wait to see you feed them." He smiled.
"Pervert" Mia blushed, playfully hitting his arm.
"They won't be small forever. Just for a year or two and I'll have my boobies back. "
Mia playfully rolled her eyes at Colton.
He chuckled, stealing a kiss from her.
"So, who's going to be their godparents?" He asked. "Dad already gave me Hailey's cheque since she guessed the gender right"
"I can't believe she was the only one who guessed right. The rest of us were confident that it was either going to be a boy and a girl or two boys."
Mia chuckled. "I also thought it was going to be a boy and a girl. But I love my girls all the same."
"Sammie and Theodore can be Claire's godparents. And for Chloe, Hailey, and Enoch. Caleb, Ashley, and my siblings will always have a special place in the girls' hearts as they will be their uncles and aunties."
Colton nodded.
Soon enough, Almira and Richard walked in with Mia and Colton's bundles of joy.
Chole was handed to Colton and Claire was handed to Mia. Colton eventually sat beside Mia on the spacious bed so they could both spend quality time with their jewels.
While they were at it, two nurses came in with the bassinets while Almira filled Richard in on the twins' health and all.
"So, are you still confused as to who is Chloe and who is Claire?" Mia smiled at Colton after they showered their girls with kisses.
He shook his head with a smile on his face.
"I'm beginning to tell them apart. Thank you for blessing me with these precious jewels. I can't wait to spend my forever with you all."
"Same here, baby!" She kissed him.
