Mated To The Alpha Quadruplets

Chapter 40

Ch. 40 / 76 Mar 09, 2026

Alpha Morgan POV

I rubbed my temples, trying to massage away the growing tension in my head. This was all too much to handle. The idea that Eliza, the omega girl who had grown up under my protection, was somehow connected to the White Wolf was absurd. And yet, my son's words echoed in my mind like a constant drumbeat.

I thought back to when Luna found Eliza in the woods, a newborn without a family to claim her. We had assumed she had been abandoned and given her omega status. But now, I wondered if there was more to the story. Had she been sent away, or was something more sinister at play?

The thought of Eliza being connected to the White Wolf was unsettling.

I shook my head, trying to clear my thoughts. I needed to focus on the present. Rylan was driving me mad with this rubbish. It was nonsense, and I needed to stop it.

When we returned from the King's ball, I planned to arrange the ceremony for my quadruplets and Daniella to become chosen mates. My mind was made up. I walked out of the study and locked the door behind me. I wanted a hot shower and some sleep. Everything would look better in the morning.

I pushed open my bedroom door to find my Luna was already there. I smiled at the thought of her, my beautiful mate. I had been so preoccupied with everything around us that I had hardly noticed her.

"Alpha. What is it?" My Luna appeared in nothing but a towel wrapped around her body as the water dropped on her.

"My love, Rylan seems to believe that Eliza is his mate and the White Wolf. Can you believe this rubbish? I have had enough of our son talking such nonsense, and I want him and the others to take Daniella as their chosen mate. If he refuses, then I will not hand down my alpha title. Instead, it will go to Grayson." I informed her, and she gasped in disbelief.

"Morgan, we should discuss this properly together. How can you have already decided on such an important thing?" She questioned my motive, and I sighed.

I turned to face my Luna, her towel-clad form a stark contrast to the turmoil brewing in my mind. I could feel the weight of my decision settling onto my shoulders, and I knew that I had to be firm.

"Daniella is a strong and capable wolf, Lara," I said, trying to keep my tone calm. "She would make a fine mate for our sons. And besides, it's what we've always planned for them."

But Luna's expression was not convincing. Her eyes narrowed, and she took a step closer to me.

"Alpha, you're not thinking clearly. This is about more than just planning a mating ceremony. It's about our sons' futures and the future of our pack."

I sighed, feeling a sense of frustration building inside me. I knew that Lara was right, but I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more to Eliza's story. I just wanted my boys to have a Luna and forget all this childish rubbish. Our pack could not be seen as falling apart and lose a good reputation.

"What do you want me to do, Lara?" I asked, trying to keep my patience.

"I want you to listen to your son, Alpha," she said, her voice firm. "He believes that Eliza is the White Wolf, and if he's willing to risk everything for her, then perhaps we should consider it."

"Do you know what you are saying? Eliza, the mere omega we found that day in the forest and called omega all these years?" I repeated, my voice rising in anger.

Lara's expression softened, and she took a step closer to me. "Alpha, I know it sounds crazy, but we can't ignore the possibility that there's more to Eliza's story. Our son believes it, and we can't just dismiss it without giving it a chance. She could be the White Wolf and that could mean good things for our pack of there is truth in it.”

I felt a wave of frustration wash over me. I didn't want to believe there was any truth to this nonsense, but a part of me knew I had to consider the possibility. My Luna's words were like a cold shower on my morning, jolting me out of my complacency.

"I don't want to hear this, Lara," I said, trying to keep my tone calm. "Eliza is an omega, and she will always be an omega. She has no place among our pack as a mate for our sons."

But my Luna's expression was unwavering. "Alpha, we can't deny the possibility that Eliza is the White Wolf. We have to consider the consequences if we're wrong. The white wolf is, after all, a sign of royalty."

"No.” I said, my voice firm. "We'll talk to our son and we will end this nonsense. Daniella will make a fine Luna. Besides, we have to prepare ourselves for the upcoming ball the king invited us to, so I want our boys on their best behaviour when we attend. I will agree to discuss things further after the ball."

Lara's eyes narrowed, and she nodded. "I expect nothing less from you, Alpha." And with that, she reached up to kiss me, and I wrapped my arms around her.

I couldn't help but feel a surge of passion and desire as I wrapped my arms around Luna and pulled her close. I had always loved her, and at that moment, I felt like I needed to hold her close to ensure she was safe and protected.

As I pulled her onto the bed, I couldn't help but think about the stress and uncertainty that had been building up inside me. The idea that Eliza might be the White Wolf and my son might be willing to risk everything for her was a lot to take in. I couldn't let it happen. My whole pack would be the laughing stock and seen as weak. I wasn't prepared to let that happen.

I pulled Lara close, feeling her body against mine as I deepened our kiss. It was a passionate, intense moment, and I could feel the tension inside me.

"I love you," I whispered, my voice barely audible.

Lara's eyes locked onto mine, and she smiled softly. "I love you too," she whispered back.
