“What the hell?” Rick groaned and I was pissed as hell. All this running crap and moving away from home and we couldn’t mate? I was honestly pissed.
“Let’s try again,” he suggested but suddenly I felt empty. I didn’t want to. I couldn’t do it again. I shook my head and pushed him off me. I lay back on the bed in the cheap motel room. I got up and dressed.
“What are you doing?” Rick asked cautiously.
I turned around to look at him.
“We obviously can’t mate so there is no point in staying here. Running away from home for something that can’t happen is not something I can do. I’m sorry.”
“We can meet the alpha and find out why we can’t mate,” Rick said and I just shook my head at him. I couldn’t do that. All that Rick made me feel was empty. There was no love now. Not even lust. I felt a small pain in my body. It was as is I was taking it from someone else. That scared the living shit out of me.
“I’m going Rick.” With those as my final words I left. And this time I was leaving by choice. I wasn’t going to come back to Rick. And he knew it too. That’s why he didn’t stop me.
I was too tired to walk home. I took the bus back to my territory. I just hoped that Alpha hadn’t banished us yet. I didn’t want to go back to Lake Territory. That was the worst place to live in.
Alpha! He would know! My mind went on an overdrive as I thought of asking him. My mind shifted to when I remembered his lips on me. On my breasts. My nipples hardened at the thoughts and a warm pool formed in my panties.
It was quite early when I reached my territory. I went directly to Alpha’s office.
“Is the Alpha in?” I asked his bimbo of a secretary.
She glared at me. “Do you have an appointment?”
“I need to speak with him. It’s urgent.” This girl was really testing my patience.
“Look he’s busy. Ask for an appointment. You can take one and come back next week.” I wanted to hit her. Right on that mouth of hers.
Without waiting for her to say anything I stormed into Alpha’s office. He was sitting at his desk and his eyes widened with surprise when he saw me.
“Listen__” his secretary called out but he waved a hand at her and she went out.
“To what do I owe this pleasure Ms. Williams?” he asked in a cool collected voice.
“What the fuck did you do to me?” I hissed.
“Excuse me?”
“I can’t mate with Rick. And I want to know why!” I exclaimed.
“How is it my problem that you can’t mate with your little boyfriend Ms. Williams?” he asked again. His voice sounded distant. He wasn’t even calling me bunny. Some weird part of me missed it.
“Look we were fine before.”
“Before?” he prodded.
I blushed. “You did all those thing to me.”
He gazed at me with a blank expression. I was really starting to get frustrated.
Then his eyes widened and he exclaimed, “Fuck!!”
“What?” I asked.
“He glared at me before saying, “Go to your house and change. I will pick you up in ten minutes.”
I wanted to argue. Lash out, fight back. But for the love of me I couldn’t. I just nodded and headed home.
Alpha’s point of view.
Fuck! I cannot believe I was that careless. I called the Elders office and booked an urgent meeting with the Elders.
“Cancel all the appointments for today Macy,” I told my secretary as I headed out. I could see the confusion on her face. I gave her a pointed look and she blushed, looking away.
I drove to Hanna’s house to see her waiting on the porch wearing a loose fitting light blue dress. Even though the dress showed nothing I found myself getting hard. I got out and she walked towards me.
“Where are we going?”
“You’ll see.” I didn’t want to tell her and then ask for trouble. I knew she wasn’t going to take the news calmly. And I wasn’t going to tell her until I was sure.
But I was pissed with her. She ran away from my home with that bastard and she came back demanding to know what was wrong with her. But what made me madder was that she ran away to Lake Territory. It was the worst territory one could live in. there were no rules there. The werewolves did as they pleased and we were on the discovery by the humans once or twice because of them. They were basically…..like a werewolf juvie pack.
“Will you tell me where we’re going?” she demanded.
“Don’t raise your voice like that Bunny.” I warned her. “I’ll tell you when we reach there.”
“You know why I can’t mate with Rick, don’t you?”
“Does it make a difference?” I asked. “But whatever it’s none of my business. You should be banished for even contemplating to move to Lake. And if this matter wasn’t so pressing I would banish you and your boyfriend.”
“He’s not my boyfriend.” Her voice was quite.
“Okay then, mate.”
Her voice was lower now. “I broke up with him.”
I didn’t say anything. I was happy that she broke up with him. Once we reached the place she gasped.
“This is the Elders palace! Why are we here?”
“To sort out your little problem,” I replied. We walked in and I told the receptionist my name.
“Third corridor and first door sir,” he said obviously checking Hanna out. I growled at him and his eyes instantly snapped to mine. When he saw the fury in my eyes he instantly looked down. I saw a confused expression on Hanna’s face but ignored it. I walked to Elder Gordon’s office, telling Hanna to wait outside.
“Alpha Damien, what a surprise.” He greeted.
I gave him a small smile. “I have a bigger surprise for you.”
He looked at me in amusement. “And what is that?”
“I mated.”
He stared at me in shock. Hell, I would be shocked too if I ever found myself saying that. I didn’t believe in mates.
“It was a mistake.” I said and all the color flowed off his face.
“You can’t make a mistake with mates,” he said and I put my head down.
“I let her cum when I was with her. She remembers.”
